Want to exchange or return?
Not a problem! If you are not completely satisfied with your Relax Company product, you can exchange or return it within 100 days. Shipping is free on returns from the Netherlands and Belgium, except for standards.
It’s simple to exchange or return items. Please report your return via email to info@therelaxcompany.com. See all return conditions below. Shipments from the Netherlands and Belgium are free of charge, except for the standards.
When we receive your shipment, we will send you an email confirming receipt and begin working on your request. Unless you have requested an exchange, we will refund the purchase price to your account as soon as possible.
Return policy
Products in their original condition and unopened packaging can be exchanged or returned within 100 days of purchase.
Unfortunately, already opened packages or used goods cannot be returned. For damaged or used products, we reserve the right to refuse or charge for the damage
Within the Netherlands and Belgium, the exchange/return is at our expense. This applies to all products, except stands. When exchanging or returning the stand, you are responsible for the return costs.
Product returns are at your own risk. We recommend keeping the proof of shipment until the refund is processed.
We will do our best to process your return as soon as possible. If you have not received a message 14 days after your return, please contact our customer service at info@therelaxcompany.com.
